    You can tried this:

    Refresh your phone by taking out the battery and reinserting it, then try again.
    If it doesn't work, have you installed the USB drivers?

    i think i did.. using the ggsemc.inf contained on the drivers folder of setool2lite.. i would try
    that guide on my vista laptop..
