k850i error while unlocking

Hi guys tryed to unlock my k850i but this came up :(

have u borught the log for it and put the right password in and id and have the usb flash driver instailed

Yes bought the log and i put the id and pass in......i keep tried but still the same.

Same problem here!!
@ philzfog12: Are you sure that the credits are the problem? I think there would be a line called "connecting to server" before the "not enough credits" error appear....

I would like to know the exact meaning of these errors so I know whats wrong with my phone (or the program).....
