Hi Seamonkey,
Did what you said and went to the link you gave me.
Connected to setool ok.
Then went to XS++ and held 'C' button ,plugged in and got
error: cannot open phone communication port.
What can I try now please?

You have problems with conection - clean phone connector,change USB port and reinstall drivers and than try to connect to XS++ or your USB cable have problems
