i think your phone is not from belgium, may be it was import from other contries and for use in belgium it is unlock by the dealer or from the one whom you bought. that might be the reason why it is lock after flashing as it is fresh after flashing. hope you understand what i mean. have a nice day.

Oh ok. It does come from an other country, it's from the UK. The shop sold me an unlocked phone from the Orange provider.
So there's something inside the phone for Orange SIMs only that you can't just overwrite by flashing main and fs?
I'm glad my phone works now.
