Try to take the batter out and back in again. I got around with the error by doing that my own.

And don't use 3.2 - use XS++3.1 Darwin (this is last stabile version) - 3.2 version is beta

Now I use xs++ 3.1 . When I trie to connect while pressing C, nothing happens.
I found something about pressing buttons 2 and 5 to connect.
What's the difference?
When I do it with those buttons, it does connect, but I get this log file:
