The best way is to connect your phone to xs++ and copy here your phones log without IMEI number.

I tried to connect with XS++ 3.2 on two pc's (both Vista) and always get the error that it can't connect.
I did everything right I think. I've removed the battery, repplaced it, clicked Connect, hold C while connecting the cable. The phone starts, but XS++ can't connect.
