    Help - Memory Recover?

I have searched the forums for a like thread and have come across similar problems about people trying to recover lost data but not exactly what im trying to achieve, hopefully this is half way there.
I've heard so many times people who have suffered with the WSOD and wished they had backed up there phone either to PC or MS, you never think its going to happen to you, but when it does  you wish you had taken the advice of those people. Luckely i keep a backup of my contacts on the MS and all my photos & ringtone are on the Ms (W810i) so there is not much loss, what im really after is the notes!
Yesterday i reflashed my phone with main,fs & custpack, i noticed that it always writes to the lowest address space up(XS++) leaving a blank 20MB at the top for other files.
I presume this would have been the case for the last operating system and that the notes files would have been in the spare 20MB for other files?
What i would like to do even though the phone is reflashed try to recover the notes files in the unallocated memory space just like a memory card data recovery (presuming that they are in that space!). I havent used the phone since flashing so there is little chance of the 20MB being overwritten.
Is it possible to read the entire memory map of the phone to a data file or seperate memory blocks to seperate files, etc ?
What i would like to do then is pinpoint the file data in this dump and extract it. I have used this method many times in data recovery but my problem is extracting the complete memory map from the phone.
I have used many of the available tools in the past for SE phones but they always show allocated memory space, if theres anybody who knows a method, either software or hardware then can they please help. Im not too bothered about killing the phone as long as i attempt to get this data.:)
    Thankyou.

    Re: Help - Memory Recover?

Did you find anything to achieve this?
