Extract files from DB3150 fs

I have the fs.fbn for my phone and region (W760), but I can't extract files from the package. main2raw.exe doesn't work, I think it's only for up to DB2020.

I've read about readDB3150.exe on various forums, would this be able to extract files from FS package?

I don't know if read work with FS files ,but you can do backup FS from your phone.Just look here A2 FS Backup - Top Sony Forums

Thanks SeaMonkey, but I need a language file from the FS pack so I can upload it to my phone. The language is not on my phone.
Do you know where I can get readDB3150? Can't find it on internet.
