P990i - Password and Traditional Chinese?

I show off my successful instanllation of Traditional Chinese to my W880i (with your help) to my wife. Now, she wants the Traditional Chinese, too.

1) What is the password for the Master Reset in the P990i phone? I checked the manual and could not find any mention of password for the master reset. Anyone have any idea on the password for the P990i (Master Reset)?

2) How do I add Traditional Chinese into her P9950i phone?

Her phone system information is as follow:

- - - Phone: CXC 162037 R9EC001
- - - Bluetooth: CXC 162058 R5A01
- - - Organizer: CXC 162092 R4B03
- - - CDA: CDA 162007/8 R4B03

In additional to the above phone information, I also find out her P990i phone is

=> P990i Generic Singapore.

How can I get the Traditional Chinese into this P990i phone? Thanks.
