w580i Icons/Screen/Menu too big after reflash

Hey guys. here's my info.

I used to have a Rogers branded cell phone (CID53) so i reflashed with jdflasher

here's my log.

Platform: DB2020
OTP CID: 51
EROM CID: 53
EROM Color: Red
IMEI: 35923501xxxxxx
Phone ID: W580
Region: AMERICA_2
CDA: CDA102568/106 R8A
Firmware Version: R6BC002
EROM: R3A022

Now my problem is that the menu's and icons are wayyy to big and its had to see what menu's im going into.

Please let me know what i should do, and what i can do. Ive been looking for a matching CDA for the firmware, but im not to certain if that would be the case.

nevermid, i got it working, i d/l a R8B firmware pack and now its smooth sailing!

BTW thanks for the help ive seen on these forums, every tutorial was solid and helpful!

Glad to see you got it working :) I had the same problem. Just had to be sure to make sure I flashed with the same firmware version that came with the phone.

Hi all!
I tried to reflash my W580i using W580_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED52.mbn and everything seemed to be right until I turn on my phone. I have a problem with the resolution of this version of firmware, I was wondering if anyone can help me. I'm really new in this kind of things and I'm desperate.

Make again a full flash ( main , filesystem and custom file ) and report if is the same.
