Is it possible to convert a cid 36 R1DB001 TO R1DB001 cid 49

cid 49 got disadvantage as it is harder to connect with far to do moddings and yes you can convert to 49 just that you cant change back after cuz cid can only up canot got down. best if u stick with cid 36

AFAIK, CID can go down as low as it says in the OTP.
