This isn't big problem,your phone just lost configuration for network(that information been placed in CUSTPACK).That can happened during flash(when custpack didn't applyed), deleting by mistake ...........

I see
i assume I caused it when I tried to update my phone via the SE update system?
Is there anyway I can avoid this happeneing again?
