hello everyone..my k800 has a bluetooth problem..it will not turn on..anyone can suggest if it's a software or hardware problem?

Flash FS, CDA and Main with XS++ ( or JDflasher if you have CID53 phone ).

I'd recomend reset for start, if doesn't help - SEUS, and only then flashing and stuff.

On my k800i BT dosnt work. Master restart dosnt helpfull.
