Than you can do full flash (MAIN, FS and CUSTPACK),but to be sure post log from XS++ here without IMEI number and somebody will help you to find wright files for flashing

You are right maybe the phone is locked at network better you can try to unlock your mobile from here. Unlock whit OMNIUS HERE
