XS++ Problem-W880i

Hello friends,
I am having W880i phone locked to O2.When I am trying to connect with XS++, i am getting follwoing error.Please help me friend what I can do further.

16:34:00| Attempting to open the interface...
16:34:00|
16:34:00| TURN OFF PHONE!
16:34:00| Hold 'C' button on phone and connect phone NOW.
16:34:00| You have 30 seconds...
16:34:00|
16:34:30| Error: Cannot open phone communication port
16:34:32| Disconnected... Unplug the phone

You didn't install USB flash drivers - so read this USB Flash Driver Installation - Guide - Top Sony Forums or try to change USB port and reinstall drivers

u could go to o2 and ask for the unlock code. but it cost alot
