OK i busted my butt trying to get it to work but my bluetooth device can't connect to my phone for the following service: "PAN network Access" which blows cause i really want to use that free internet. I tried so many things 3rd party software, changed settings, changed setting on my phone, create a new connection, bridge, share and more crap i can't remember.

I use a Broadcom 2045 Bluetooth 2.0 USB-UHE Device
Firmwire Revision: Version 2.3.14.338

Any way i cant get it to connect to my phone i heard its been done many times and yes my phone is set on discoverable and it is paired.

My W580i has the DATA account for it i just cant get it to work, on my PC i hit connect on the PAN network access point so it sais connecting and then connected (woo hoo):D but its not even working so (waahh):( if anyone can help me out i really appreciate it.
