i have a s500i,cid53...and i was wondering if it's possible to flash it with w580i software.and the volume in the headset is low,can i do something about that,too?please helpme,thanks

Yes you can convert s500->w580 and about vol - if after converting you want to change vol just find acoustic driver for your phone(not original) and change - both steps you can do only with jdflasher and read this tutorial Flashing with jdflasher - Top Sony Forums , but first read this XS++ 3.1 Guide-Flashing, Customizing, Recovering - Top Sony Forums and after you connect phone with XS post log here without IMEI number
