8010001D severe error

i downloaded the new setools version v0.915020 and i don't have a box i just wanted to use it on my w580i and i tried running it and i get that error. Any ideas?

Find Setool2lite v.1.11 and use instead full version

This happened to me before, the phone battery was dead, i didnt know and i still try to flash/fix the phone which turns out giving me a lot of error messages. So check if your battery is good to go.

I downloaded many version of Setool box but I have the same message.

well, that shows that it needs box to use the setool2g version, even though you can run the program, it will not allow you to use the USB cable

after a quick search i found that we need a BOX.
