my cid is 52 i updated it with XS after i flashed my firmware to RLKG001 because my phone had a white screen, everything is unlocked except the service provider. Thing is the firmware i took is generic why is it still locked?

Because you didn't unlock it. I think you're confusing "unlocking" with "debranding". Read :

the phone was obviously unlocked via patch, so any firmware you flash generic or branded will relock your phone....
