Unlocking regarding W580

Hey all, I've followed the instruction and successfully unlocked my W580. The problem is that when I used XS++ to flash the Main, FS and the customized file, the phone became locked again (I got it from Rogers and I cant use the FIDO in it). Is there a way to fix this problem? Once I unlock the phone, the MP3 ringtone is still locked so i have to Flash the phone with Main, FS and customized file.....

First flash your phone , then unlock it. Because everytime , when you flash your phone , it will be locked again.

Ok, so since I unlock then flash, thus my phone is now locked... So what i did, I reunlock my phone again (since i think unlock, flash, unlock = flash unlock ), then crap happened, i think I bricked it. Now it won't even turn on...How should I save it? reunlock it again? or recover it with the GDFS file that i got before?

O well, since This is after the "remove Sim lock" tutorial procedure, I don't know what system do i use to flash the Main. Do i use Setool2? or XS++? Could you please, i would very much appreciate that if you can guide me through a detail solution on what i should click, tick and so on...

Also just wondering, is my phone bricked at this moment? cause even when i tried to turn it on, it just vibrate once then the screen won't turn on... T_T

PS: I also found out that there are no tutorial for unbricking the phones T_T.

PSS: Ok, as it turns out, I don't think the phone is bricked, luckily...Here is what it all happened....

I began follow the "remove Sim Lock" tutorial, unlocked the phone with that superb guide *thanks to the author* then I use XS++ to flash the Main, FS and custom files. I got myself a phone with network 10 but every other things 5 =(. Later I was told that I should Flash my phone first (flash with Setool2 or XS++?) then unlock it. So being one smartass, I thought since I flashed the phone with XS++, that means the phone now should be done with the Flashing Procedure. Then I proceed on reunlocking the phone again, which follow the tutorial for DC2020 CID 52 procedure. That is when I encountered a "brick-like" situation... =( Luckily now I went back to XS++ and reflash the phone with Main, FS and custom files, the phone back on the network 10, others 5 status... My question now is that: What should I do now to be able to have the network 10 unlocked to 5? Do i try and unlock the phone again with the DC2020 CID 52 procedure? or I actually can short-cut some procedure since I alrdy Unlock the phone before + i have alrdy done flashing main firmware....

I would super appreciated on the help...

If you enter wrong unlock codes, those numbers will decrement one by one, and finally your phone will lock for good. So, better don't touch them ;)

Since you reflashed the MAIN firmware, all patches are gone, so you need to unlock the phone again, following the whole unlocking procedure.

I didnt try to unlock the network with the code, I'm saying network 10 to show that its locked =(.

I tried the whole unlock procedure again but that will turn my phone into a "brick-like" status (By "brick-like" status i mean: If you try to turn on the phone, it only vibrate once whenever you press the power button, the screen won't turn on, its like the phone is dead, or battery dead but its not). I solve that problem by Using XS++ again to flash the Main, FS and Cust files, which will just simply make my phone to what it was before...(by before i mean: Unlocked then flashed phone, thus network 10 and all others 5, unable to use other phone comp's Sim card). And that will just simply lead my current question to "how do I flash my phone, then unlock the phone?"

PS: I forgot to mention this, throughout the lately Unlocking procedure, a prompt came up saying "some data differs, do you wish to continue", i always click yes. I analyze the script and found out something regarding block. "block selected ok. Reading blocks :2" something like that...

You have wrong unlock patch or your patch have conflict with QuickAccess patch

Like seamonkey alredy pointed out probably the unlock patch isn't good for current MAIN firmware. I think we can exclude the patch conflict in this case. Make a new unlock patch using the MAIN firmware you just flashed, and apply that.

Ok, ill try that, but is it from the Qamaker or the RemoveSimLock Gen? Also its "Some Block value differs, would you like to continue", not "some data differs"...
