    Open it in windows "notepad" , click "save as", choose "all files" at "save as type", write "customize_upgrade.xml" at "File name" and hit "Save". You'll get a ".xml" file. Upload it to TPA/preset/custom with A2Uploader. Restart your phone. Now, you can use SEUS to debrand it.

    try diffrent com on ur pc or usb cable

    hi, i already de-brand my C905 successfully,thanks for all u peoples help..:Dbut im facing 1 problem right know after de-brand it.:confused:

    problem: when there is incoming call,i cant hear anything,i mean nothing, but when i push on the SPEAKER ON button or connect the earphone, then i can hear the caller says...strange...i check all the setting,it seems the problem still persist.

    someone please help...?what should i do?:confused::(

    This seems to be common problem with C905s my Orange c905 did this after just over a months use. I gave them a ring and they replaced it the next day, didnt even have insurance with them!
