    Re: [Debrand] A2 (Db3150) Tutorial

Hey :) I'm getting a new phone on Vodafone tomorrow (W595) and I will debrand as soon as a get it using this method (:
However, I was wondering, will this unlock my phone also? If not, then how would I go about unlocking it for free? Would I need to flash a generic Main and FS or something? :\ Thanks in advance.

it will not unlock you phone. read here to unlock for free : Aerix - free unlock A2 platform - Top Sony Forums
for the second question, if you want your phone to be normal like others, not branded then you should use generic firmware. please note that the red and grenn button function will change in generic firmware to menu and call

Thanks for the quick reply :)
Just one more thing, if I unlock with Aerix, will my battery life get ruined like some people have said?
