I think the phrase "Create your new CDA from this website" from Step1. is a bit ambiguous. You only need to create a file called "customize_upgrade.xml" :

<customization>
<info>
<cda-number>XXXX-XXXX</cda-number>
</info>
</customization>
and choose as cda number a generic cda for your language(from this website), then upload it to your phone, via "A2uploader"

Thanks, but my phone is not branded, I just want to flash to R1BA038.
I have currently R1BA042 installed on the phone.

Use the 1209-4769 CDA number to activate the Reflashing alternative in SEUS :)
