I have created, uploaded:
Other -> Zbin -> Config -> ELF icons -> DYN_CONST.bin
Other -> Zbin -> BlibCreator.elf
Other -> Zbin -> BlibUpdater.elf
Other -> Zbin -> Lib -> DYN_CONST.bin
Other -> Zbin -> Lib -> lib.vkp
Other -> Zbin -> Lib -> swi_update.ini
DYN_CONST.bin goes in: Usb-> Other-> ZBin -> Config -> DYN_CONST.bin
Other -> Zbin -> BlibCreator.elf - OK
Other -> Zbin -> BlibUpdater.elf - OK

1. put lib.vkp in tpa/user/other/ZBin/Lib/
2. Run BlibCreator.elf
3. swi.blib will be created in "Lib"
4. Uninstall last ElfPack (only ElfPack, not Library)
5. Install ElfPack Mod V5
