i can't go into games and apps. when i try to go it writes OPERATION FAILED :mad::(. maybe you know what i need to do?

To solve the problem, reflash completely(MAIN, FS and custom pack) your phone.

I know that flashing the MAIN isn't strict necessary, but what if he doesn't find a matching FS, or he want to flash the latest firmware? :)

Have you reflashed the phone? If yes, then download and install the applications again from their official homepage...
