K800...guys... Pls Help Me Out Here...am In Deep Trouble Now

guys... pls help me out here

am using K800.. and I dunno why I can't receive any sms (but I can send) with this phone... can anyone help... is this a software problem or the hardware?

I tried with all the sim cards... it is not he network problem... I tried master reset and all reset... stilll it is not working...

and second question.. I dunno know how to flash my phone properly.. cauz am new.. I dunno anything about it...

third is, am trying flash wit the phone XS2 and XS++... see.. I selected the main and fs file and press flash... and after a while one window shown saying : XS++.exe has encountered a problem..." and ask me to press the close tab... may I know why am I having this problem?

First of all:
-What is your phone CID?
-Did you flash anything? And if you did;
-Which files did you flash? (what did you choose as main and what as FS)

and I didn't flash anthing yet... it is not working...

If you haven't messed with it, return it to a SE service, and, if you have warranty, they'll repair it for free.

i think he has tried to repair it already via xc so sony may not repair it for free.

If that's the problem, maybe you can seek help from Sony Ericsson's Customer Service Care or , as suggested, Seek SE repair service.

uninstall phone xs, install again (the newest version, can be XS++) and then try. If problem will still exist try reinstall your Windows (I think you're using Windows XP Home/Prof not Vista).
