Cant unlock k800i with D-Ultimate Unlocker

Buyed one Log from this site to unlock my K800i phone. I connected the phone and got the following codes.

I tried the NCK code and when i enter it in the <**< Menu it says "Not Allowed", i have tried 2 times with the same code without success. What should i do? I tried both the MCN2 and MNC3.
