Help Me plz With w810i

hello i am having troubles connecting my w810i to XS++, the operating system that i got is vista and i tryed everything, the usb flash for cpu soit can read my phone but vista rejects the software aka... usb drivers for w810i i cant get XS++ to read my phone plz help :)

For what platform is your Vista(32 or 64 bit)? Also can you give us complete error messages?

when i get home i will check the platform vista bit size. but what i wanted to do with it is to put the custom themes on it.
