W850I keeps restarting after upgrade firmware..

Hi to all out thre, recently i just flashed my phone with some firmware, and now im using the same memory stick [2GB] before the flashing, but after the flash, the phone keeps restarting [not to say restarting, goes black and somehow on again] every 10-20 seconds, i cant even do anything, as i have tested, if the [2gb] card is not full, the problem wont happen, so what i did was changing to a [1gb] card, it works perfectly, until i copied songs till the card was almost full, and the problem happened again..
btw, im using APAC + china firmware,, help needed please.., and before the flash the[2gb] card works perfectly..:confused:

well if the other cards are still giving the same problem then try reflash the phone...no harm in that. also what firmwares and custom pack did you use?
