W850i flashing red light

My phone is flashing when you turn it on, so I assume I have the same problem.
My phone is locked to Orange, I have XS...

I have downloaded these Files like someone above said...

W850_R1KG001_MAIN_GENERIC_CY_RED52
W850_R1KG001_FS_CENT_EUROPE_RED52
But I cant find this one in the download section: HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_2_R5A_GENERIC_CENT_EUROPE
Could anyone help me out & also tell what to do
with these files after I have downloaded them?
