When he say 20:44:40 Please reconnect the phone (disconnect, connect while holding 2-5) i must remove the battery ? or i just remove the USB ?

I want just change my CID
after the message i remoe USB et rebrance this with 2 and 5 holding.
the LOG detected the Geneic but il n'y a rien qui se fait .
