help k800i automatically turnsoff cid53

i m using sony ericssion k800i which some times automatically turns off while receiveing a call or message and when it turn it on in normal mode it turns off again and in flight mode it works f9

u tryed to update with seus (sony ericsson update service)

flashing the whole phone should do the trick, since i recommend flashing then SEUS

how to flash it?

i also had same problem, im using k810i.

go to the sony ericsson web site download the update service when u have downloaded it run it pick ur phone from the list when it asks u to conect ur phone hold the c button and it will tell u if there is a update for it if so pick it and it will reflash it for u make sure u have a full battry

my advice to you all, don't use SEUS, download XS++3.1 from the download section and through XS, while in switch off mode pressing and hold button c and connect your phone and post me the log
