how to change the phone menu?

currently i am using z750i from fido. they have the useless icon i.fido and rogers music player on their menu? how do i change it to my favorite app instead?

how about CID 53?
i have w830 with CID 53, and i try to connect with Xs++ or far manager but nothing happen. on XS++ said my phone dosent support, and on far manager on left pane it dosent show my phone folder.
so, wht can i hv to do?
