NO u don have to. just place the ones that u need to start in startup in "Daemons" folder. and the others just inside "Zbin" and start whenever u want them. one elf doesn affect the running of the other provided they are independent. but don forget the elf are executed directly by the processor of ur phone and so the battery drains down quick.
