I tried doing the update using SEUS. The phone would try and update and usually charged upto 25%-55% and then an error message always appeared saying that "ERROR: UPDATE FAILED. Please disconnect the phone and try again". SO I cannot update the phone.
I am based in the Canada and the phone is a UK phone. I called up SE support and they said the software for both these countries is completely different. Now i am going to email SE UK and find out what I can do about it.

no reply from them yet. They cannot solve the problem. Could someone please help me out here?
