kaperasky is good antivirus and the naging problem is it keeps asking update obselete. other wise it is good.

Hi,has anyone else experienced AVG reporting ''Trojan horse Generic_c.ZOC'' when attempting to open setool2lite v1.11

I tried to open the program this morning and got a virus warning so moved the file to the virus vault as it stated that it could not be healed,i then downloaded setool2lite v1.11 again and scanned it with AVG before extracting it only to be told that it contained the same virus.

I have tried to google it but all i found was a german site where a member had reported the same problem this afternoon,he was also using AVG.

If anyone else has been experiencing the same or knows of a fix i would be very grateful.

I had Trojan problem with QAmaker, I turned the virus scanner off since everyone is using it so i assume its ok to use QAmaker...

setool does not contain any viruses , you can use any antivirus but you must add it to the exclusion and trustible file list within the anti virus itself

Do you know if AVG free edition has an exclusion list facility?

I'm also using NOD32, and i hat do disable it, to download this. I tried to download file from here 3 times before i fugired it out.. :o
