My Symantec Norton AV identifies the file qmaker.exe as trojan.vundo in v1.11. It denies acccess to Qmaker.exe!

NOD32 gave a false alarm too... I'm starting to wonder why this happens to the_laser's tools only and not to jdflasher, xs++, kk, davinci

There is no virus.
Just disable antivirus and it should work.
