Hi i have just bought a w880 locked to vodafone it is a cid DB2020, CID 52 red can i just the sim lock patch gen tut to unlock it

I am trying to make a patch with simlockpatchgen.exe i have download the mf from...Top Sony Forums is that right and it keeps giving me an error message like
Flash Platform: DB2020
Flash CID: 52
Flash Color: Red
Base address: 45E00000
Generating raw firmware...
Firmware generated.
Searching for required addresses...
Entry point cannot be found. Probably it is not a MAIN firmware, but if you are sure that it is, then please contact the author.

And the problem: you tried to generate the patch from FS, but you need MAIN firmware.figured out my problems
