Hello there, just need to upload new customization file into the tpa\preset\custom directory. I got a same problem with W800 and it has benn sorted with it,now is works for me....

I had the same problem before. What I did was use setoolLite. Instead of holding the c button, I press and hold the 2+5 buttons and was able to get the phone connected without any problem.
