when i start my phone i join to the menu but e

There is a sintax error in menu.ml file located in phone memory at /tpa/preset/system/menu/ path. Have you modded the menu before getting the error message?
Solution: restore the original menu.ml file or reflash the phone completely(MAIN, FS, custom pack).

well it seems there is a prob with the menu.xl file try coping it again

First, reflash the phoney completly like Simox says(MAIN, FS and CDA(custom pack)).

Second, try on the folder "/tpa/preset/system/menu/" delete the "menu.ml" file and put the another one!! Don't overwrite this file.

And don't try to mod menu.ml by yourself, if you're still don't know much about it. just follow the right tutorial and you'll get the good result
