The latest ASIA_LEVAN firmware for W300 is R9A036_RED49, but you can use it only if you have EROM CID 49. That's why @seamonkey told you to post log from XS++ .

In order to extract he.lng and he.T9 from W300_R9A036_FS_S_ASIA_LEVAN_RED49.fbn, you must do following steps:
1. Search around for "Main2Raw", "SEFStool" and W300_R9A036_FS_S_ASIA_LEVAN_RED49.fbn.
2.Put SEFStool.exe, Main2Raw.exe and W300_R9A036_FS_S_ASIA_LEVAN_RED49.fbn in the same directory(you can name it, for example "FSextract") on your desktop.
3. Drag W300_R9A036_FS_S_ASIA_LEVAN_RED49.fbn to "Main2Raw.exe" ; a file called W300_R9A036_FS_S_ASIA_LEVAN_RED49.raw will be created. To simplify, rename it "w300.raw"
4. Go to "Start>Run and type cmd
5.Once in command prompt type this: cd %userprofile%\Desktop\FSextract, then type sefstool4.exe w300.raw. A folder called _w300.raw wil be created.
6. You'll find those 2 files in: TPA/PRESET/SYSTEM/LANGUAGE
