K800 camera giving green color

hye to all,

im a newbie here, and got a problem with my front camera (3g video), i cant use 3g video call, if got incoming 3g call, no video available and my phone hang.

question, can reflashing or upgrading my firmware will solve this problem? im using R1GB001 firmware.:o

* if im using front camera mode (in service test) the picture is blur with green color.

is it firmware or hardware problem?:confused:

It is not easy to say, if it is hardware or a software problem

You can flash your handy KLICK
Than you now, ifs a hardware or software problem.

When you hava guarantee go to a service point. Because after the flash the guarantee will away.
