acoustic to increase conversation sound ..?

can ny1 provide me a best ACOUSTIC to increase conversation sound (while answering a call n hearing the other persons voice )...
generaly i get less sound for my W580i ..i changed acoustic to PETER ACOUSTICS but still no advantage...
can ny1 provide me best acoustics to increase sound while in or on answering a call i cant listen the other peoples voice ...thnx in advnce
