It is possible to do that. Actually, many have done that as far as I know. In theory, if the electricity resistance of the 2 speakers are the same, u can change one with the other. But in reality u have to modify one to fit in with the other phone. For example, if u put a slightly larger-sized speaker in your phone u have to make changes. I've tried to put a dopod S1 speaker into my K790 by cutting the inner edge of the K790 speaker container to make enough room for it, with caution[the antenna is attached to the speaker container].
