have you got the log? (phone log when connected to xs++)
upgrade the CID to CID52 if its a DB2020
but in your case i think your phone is a DB2010.
and it states that you cannot downgrade it to CID49 so anything higher e.g. CID50 cannot be done free.

so from research, seems like your going need to pay to unlock it. unless you got the setool kit or some machine to unlock phones lol
