    Exclamation w880 gdfs

    ive got a w880i and the swith button flashes 5/6 times when i try to turn it on.i took it to a phone shop and they said its got a damaged gdfs how do i fix it

    its not allways the gdfs u need to download a copy off se tool lite and if it says on the read out imei missmatch then its a problem with the gdfs but it could probley just need a refaflash to solve the problem

    it says csloader failed to start, this is fatal

    @phil! haha! you really are a fan of SE Tool, cause i realised you always ask people to use SE Tool to check logs and stuff. haha! just thought i would mention that.

    anyway, back to the problem...the light flashing by the power button is usually cause of flat battery. ofcourse like other people have told you, in some cases its the gdfs(which is rare cause people dont usually fiddle with their phones sofware) in which if its a damaged gdfs you could restore the GDFS if you had made a back up before the phone became faulty, if you didnt....then you have a big problem. what you could try, is phils idea and do a full flash on the phone. oh! do charge your phone fully, cs laoder error is usually because not enough not the USB drivers.
