Flashing W810I Help Please

Hey I have w810i but each time i start it up its asking for a phone lock code i have tried 0000-1234-00000000-12345678 all those kind of codes but none work, then i heard about flashing restoring them back to normal and i was wondering if anyone could give me some links to good programs and some instructions and help is well appreciated (:

using XS++ can show you, your phone lock code...
I've tried it on my old K510i

Ok i just opened xs++ And done everything it said take the battery out and put it back in then press connect then turn my phone on and plug the cable in but every time i do it it says it can not detect the phone would anyone know why?
