W910i phone lock

i bought the w910i off ebay, and it is not locked to a network. It is the user who set the code to prevent other person to access the phone. I just wonder is there are way to solve this problem? The code is not 0000 or 1234. Do you think a flash of software would work?

if you can connect to xs++ then you can reset it.
using xs++ 3.1
once connected
click GDFS
then click on Phone Lock
it will either read it for you or reset it if its db2020 to "0000"

it will not work because it is a A2 phone. can anyone help me?

A2 phone? (i do not understand what it meant)
could you specify what does not work, the program or connection to computer?
but ive done some research A2 phones are not yet compatible with unlocking apparently.

you can ask the seller for the code and he/she will give it to you since now you own the phone.

Alternatively, you can go to unlocking shops and get it done.

Db3150 phones are not supported with free tools , like xs++ or setool lite.
