i have a problem with my sony ericsson w600i, it shows only white screen each time i turn it on. i cant even turn it off via the power button, i'll have to remove the battery before it can even go off. wat should i do?

i have tried restarting the phone, and removing the battery for a long time, but this didnt help. i have also gone to the sony ericsson website to download the latest software, but that didnt help too.

it needs a full reflash to fix it there should be guide on here on how to do it
