w300i 'gone far but not near enough'

I have an unlocked w300i, which I have been attempting to get back up for about five days! I can flash the main firmware and file system but not the custpack. It always hangs on 'Activating file system'. I am obviously doing something wrong... Help please. I wonder how long I should leave it. My battery was full (I have a charger + and spare).

Hi. if you using setool the cust file must be a .rar. i got no problem flashing Z530 cid 49. try again

Look I know you are trying to be helpful but if you knew how to read the log you would know I am currently using XS++.
